Hi, I’m Shadi (pronounced sha-dee, meaning “happiness”), founder of SY Strategy, a boutique advisory firm that helps CEOs and leadership teams turn AI confusion into clarity, and ambition into measurable growth.
I’m a 4x Founder, with 2-exits, AI Strategist, and trusted partner in executive transformation. At SY Strategy, I work with mid-sized, non-technical organizations, typically $10M to $500M in revenue, to design practical AI strategies that create alignment, capability, and competitive advantage. ​

Background in Building and Scaling
I’m not an observer of transformation, I’ve lived it.
Over the past decade, I’ve founded and scaled companies across EdTech, eCommerce, FinTech, and AI, leading global teams, raising capital, and experiencing firsthand the challenges that come with growth and innovation.
One of my ventures built a predictive AI platform that analyzed customer behavior in real time without collecting personal data. That experience taught me how AI, when applied with care and intention, can elevate human potential rather than replace it.
That belief is at the heart of my work today. AI isn’t about automation or replacing people, it’s about amplifying intelligence, leadership, and clarity.
My role is to help organizations leverage that power responsibly and strategically, while staying true to their purpose.
